What’s your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for items that are:

• Unused

• In their original packaging

• In resellable condition

To start a return, please submit a request through our Return Request Form within 30 days of receiving your order.


Can I exchange an item?

Yes! Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note: your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds to your account.


Do I have to pay for return shipping?

• Customer-initiated returns (such as change of mind): You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

• Our error or warranty issue (e.g., wrong item, product defect): GOOD BARE will cover the return shipping cost and ensure a replacement or full refund.

We’ll always make it right if something goes wrong on our end.


How do I request a return?

• Complete our Return Request Form within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Pack the unused item securely in its original packaging.

• Ship the item using the provided return instructions.


Additional Notes

• We cannot accept returns for used items, items without original packaging, or items not in resellable condition.

• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
