Good Bare products are built to last—and we stand behind them. Our stainless steel parts are covered by a 10-year warranty, and our soft goods (like silicone lids and pods) come with a 1-year warranty, starting from your date of purchase.

If something goes wrong due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll make it right. Just reach out with a photo and your order info—we’re here to help.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship—but it doesn’t cover everything. Here’s what’s not included:

  • Damage from drops, accidents, or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear (like scuffs, scratches, or color fading)
  • Stains, dents, or small tears from everyday use
  • Cosmetic issues that don’t affect function

We also can’t cover items that have been modified or used outside their intended purpose.
